All of our herbs and teas are free from irradiation and are packaged in recyclable and biodegradable packaging. Our t-shirts are made from 100% organic cotton that is grown in the United States and are hand dyed using the most earth friendly method possible to achieve consistent color.

If, for any reason you are not satisfied with any of your Beatnik Mountain products, please follow the guidelines below:

• Please contact us within 7 days of receipt for pre-approval on all returns at support@beatnikmountain.com.
• In order to receive full credit all returns must be in original unopened condition and accompanied by the original invoice.
• Shipping and handling charges on all returns of mistakingly ordered goods will be the responsibility of the customer.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@beatnikmountain.com and the carrier immediately, keeping the package for inspection.
  

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail and are applied a shipping and handling charge.

Small orders ship within 48 hours, freshness is top priority at Beatnik Mountain, therefore, we pack everything to order.
